Had a wonderful time this morning recording the soundtrack to the short film “Stop the Dog”. We were fortunate to have Steel City Sax of Sheffield to play the music, and with Nick Salmon conducting and Gillian Neild providing expert musical advice, we managed to get a good mix in about 2 hours. It then took a further 2 hours to bounce the tracks and mix it down to a master copy. We used the services of PurplePro studio’s which were more than adequate for our needs. Their effort and technical support was much appreciated! The master track is a near perfect match to the key timing markers in the film so, just a couple of minor tweaks and we are ready to submit to VMshorts.
